Birth isn’t just about having a baby, but about the transformation that is experienced within the mind, body, and soul during the birthing process. You cannot control birth, for it controls you. You must surrender yourself and trust the process along the way. It is for this reason that I do this work. I tell the unwritten story of your birth as it unfolds. Documenting your birth story helps you to heal and process your birth. The raw emotions and connections present in the birth space are unmatched, and I aim to highlight those moments. But most importantly, I want you to feel so empowered by the inner strength you possess that you find a deep appreciation for your body. After all, you’ve worked hard to make a tiny human from scratch, and that should be celebrated.

I’m a huge advocate for informed decision making, especially when it comes to birth. There are no do-overs in birth, and you should be in charge. That’s why I’m here to support you, as well as provide resources and education about your birthing options to help get you closer to achieving the birth of your dreams.
